Ms. Emma's Famous Pralines are made from an old family recipe, using only the finest Louisiana ingredients, including sugar, cream and fresh, plump pecans. From start to finish, all pralines are individually hand made in large copper pots, in which Ms. Emma is known for cooking in, with her usual love and attention to detail.
